2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cczz.com login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
2.4 If you suspect unauthorized access to your cczz.com account, you must notify cczz.com support immediately. cczz.com will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending investigation. cczz.com shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

3.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

10.1 cczz.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where cczz.com reasonably believes that:
10.2 Upon termination for cause, cczz.com may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via the original payment method following completion of any required review.
10.3 Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting cczz.com support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
